Volunteering at Northampton

Volunteering can make a real difference to your own life and the lives of those around you. Volunteering is a great way to develop your employability skills and gain valuable experience along side studying at University.

The Students' Union has over 1000 student volunteers made up of: Sports Committees, Societies Committees, Volunteers Projects, Course Reps, Schools Reps, Hall Reps and Freshers Crew.

Keep up to date with one-off or long term volunteering opportunities on campus and in the community on the online Volunteering module. You can seach for opportunities depending on your interests, time commitments or what skills you want to develop.

All our volunteers can gain the University's Changemaker Award by logging hours, experience and skills gained on the volunteering module.

As your Students' Union we are here to make sure that you have the best time whilst at University, so if there is a volunteering project that we don't currently work with, we can help you set up your own! To set up your own group please fill in this form and return it to Tom Carter

If you are interested in volunteering, why not take a look at the projects we have on offer below?
