Permanent Staff Induction


As a permanent member of staff and a new starter you will be undertaking a comprehensive induction process that covers everything you need to know about working at the University of Northampton Students' Union including: HR policies and procedures; the building and campus; what your role means day to day and inter-departmental working.

Here is your Induction Checklist it covers everything that should be introduced to you on your first day, throughout your first week and across your first two weeks. 

It refers to an IT Induction, to set up your email signature, printer, shared drive and any appropriate shared inboxes. This can be found by using the menu left. 

It also refers to a Marketing & Communications Induction. This should be completed within your first two weeks.
