Your rent and the schedule for payment will be set out in your tenancy agreement and in advertisement of Northampton Student Let properties. Students are then asked to set up a standing order with their bank using our Standing Order Mandate Form.
Our payment schedules are designed with term time and student loan payments in mind, as such advertised dates may be subject to change due to changes in term dates.
Should you ever find yourself unable to pay your rent according to the agreed schedule, for whatever reason, you should make contact with Northampton Student Lets as soon as possible. Our Staff will look to support you in resolving your situation and avoiding any unecessary charges. Where appropriate we can also signpost you to University services, for example Financial Guidance, who can support you with budgeting and financial management.
