Providing Guarantors

What is a Guarantor?

A guarantor is essentially a third party, such as a parent or close relative, who agrees to pay your rent if you don't pay it.

Typically in the private sector a letting agency will make a determination over your ability to pay your rent against your paid salary and will check this with your employer. For students in full time education this obviously is not possible and so a credit check is made against a representative of your choosing.

This representative is asked to sign an agreement which assumes any liability if you are unable to pay.

Prices begin from £295 and you'll receive a decision in minutes regarding whether you are eligible for Housing Hand's service.
