Women’s Officer

 

What Does The Women's Officer Do?

The Women's Officer is the Students' Union's lead representative for female students studying at the University of Northampton.

He or she is  responsible for ensuring the views and experience of women at Northampton are heard in decision making processes.

He or she sits on the Union's Executive Committee and sits on Student Council. 

The Women's Officer will also typically lead on activities related to the celebration of Women's History including International Women's Day.

 

Job Description

The role of Women's Officer is a part time, voluntary position. It is expected that the Women's Students' Officer will commit to 5 hours work within the Students' Union building each week. You can find the Job Description and further information on the role HERE!
